Non-Cancellable Window: Once a bay reservation is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled within 1 (one) hour of the reservation start time. Rescheduling (Alternative to Cancellation): If you need to change your reservation, you may reschedule to another available time. Rescheduling is subject to bay availability and must be requested in advance when possible. Cancellations / No-Shows Within 1 Hour: If you cancel or do not arrive for your reservation within 1 hour of the start time, the reservation will be treated as used and the time will be forfeited (no refund, and rescheduling may not be available).

1) Respect & Conduct Guests are expected to be respectful and follow staff instructions at all times. We reserve the right to end a reservation without refund for any unsafe, abusive, or disruptive behavior. 2) Proper Use of Equipment & Facility You agree to: Use simulator bays and equipment as directed. Keep clubs, balls, and other items within your assigned bay. Not swing, practice, or strike outside of the hitting area. Not remove or tamper with simulator hardware, cables, screens, or booth equipment.Dispose of trash properly and help keep the lounge clean. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow instructions may result in additional charges. 3. Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking, your bay rental includes complimentary guest(s) at no additional charge. 4. Membership reservations follow separate guest/time rules. Members must check the membership plan for included guests and any limits.

1) Membership Agreement / Plan Rules Your membership includes benefits as defined in your specific membership plan. If there is any conflict between this policy and your plan details, your membership plan details apply. 2) Respectful Use & Conduct Members must be respectful and follow all staff instructions. We may end a session and/or remove a member (and their guests) from the premises without refund/credit for unsafe, abusive, or disruptive behavior. 3) Proper Use of Equipment & Facility Members and their guests agree to: Use only within the assigned simulator bay and designated hitting area. Not swing, practice, or strike outside the assigned playing space. Keep clubs, balls, and personal items contained within your bay/area. Not tamper with or remove simulator hardware (screens, projectors, cables, sensors, etc.). Keep the lounge clean and dispose of trash properly. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow instructions may result in additional charges. 4) Included Guest Limit (Membership) Each membership includes one (1) guest per visit/reservation (unless your plan states otherwise). 5) Additional Guests & Fees If a member brings more than one (1) guest, additional guests may require payment.
